    Microsoft Outlook E-mail Settings:
     
    The following example is illustrated using the following information:
  Account or username: user@harlanonline.net
                  Password: password
     

1)

   Launch your Microsoft Outlook application. Click the "Tools" menu and
select "E-mail Accounts."
     
2)   Click the "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next."
   
     
     

3)

   Select POP3 and then click Next.
   
     
     
     

4)

   Type in the following information using the following info as a guideline:
   
     
     
     

5)

   Click on the MORE SETTINGS button and then select the "OUTGOING SERVER" tab.  Make sure to put a checkmark in the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box.  Click the OK button to save these settings and then click NEXT.
   
     
     
     

6)

   Your e-mail account should be set up.  Click on the FINISH button to complete the task.
