This example
is illustrated using the following information:
Account or username: user@harlanonline.net
Password: password
1)
Launch your Microsoft
Outlook 2010 application.
Click the File tab.

Under Account Information, click Add Account.
(see below)

Select the
"Manually configure server settings", and then
click Next.

Select "Internet
E-mail", and then click Next.

Type in your user
information using the following info as a guideline: Your Name: User Name
E-mail Address: username@harlanonline.net Incoming mail server: pop.harlanonline.net Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
smtp.harlanonline.net User Name: username@harlanonline.net Password: password

Click on the MORE
SETTINGS button and then select the "OUTGOING
SERVER" tab. Make sure to put a checkmark in the "My
outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box.
Click the OK button to save these settings and then
click NEXT.
7)
A test will be
performed. When you receive the
Congratulations, click CLOSE to continue.
8)
You will receive a
second Congratulations and your e-mail account
should be set up. Click on the FINISH
button to complete the task.
