POSITION:
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary
responsibilities will be to answer phones and wait on customers
at the counter at our company office. This will include but is
not limited to taking payments and accurately managing/balancing
a cash drawer.
TYPICAL DUTIES:

Must be able to accurately manage/maintain a cash drawer and
process payments.

Interact with customers to provide and process information
in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about
products and services.

Be able to work with telephone system, computer network, and
common office equipment.

Answer customer questions regarding billing, TV services,
including set-top boxes, common Internet troubleshooting,
telephone service issues and display proper phone etiquette.

Must be able to deal with customer complaints.

Fill out forms and applications for services for customers.

Perform a variety of clerical duties, including typing,
filing, data entry by keyboard, etc.

Keeping your work area neat and organized.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
-
Physically requires a mix of sitting and standing at
workstation and counter for 8 hours per day.

This position works inside and occasionally lifting and/or
carrying such articles as computer printouts, notebooks,
ledgers, small tools, etc.

Job functions will include working with Microsoft Windows
based environments.

Knowledge using Microsoft Office is preferred.
-
Technical knowledge of computers, email and Internet
preferred.

Must be able to
pass a drug test.
