Fix for SmarterMail and Internet Explorer 8 issues

If after logging into SmarterMail (web mail) using Internet Explorer 8 and you are having problems, add your SmarterMail (web mail) address to Internet Explorers Compatibility View Settings.
     
 
Click on Tools  








Next Select Compatibility View Settings


Add this website: http://webmail.harlanonline.net.
Note: This is the same information that you type into your browser when you are accessing your Smartermail (web mail) or if you click on the WebMail link from our homepage.








Next click Add








Next click Close





SmarterMail address has been added

Restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
